Everyone Can Cook

This is the book that kick started my Everyone Can Cook series in 2003. It’s a collection of my most popular recipes at the time and has been described by those who have purchased it as a book they use time and time again. The reason that is, is because the book is filled with dozens of I-can-do-this recipes designed for all sorts of occasions, whether it’s a Tuesday night supper, or special occasion. Chapters in the book include those on appetizers, salads, soups, seafood, vegetation dishes, poultry, meat, pasta, side dishes, cookies and dessert. Recipes in the book include:
